Professional Digital Mastering
BRC Audio's new Mastering Studio is now open.
This room features a premium listening environment and top-shelf equipment
unmatched by any other studios in the region.
Mastering is the process of optimizing volume levels, EQ, dynamic range, and imaging of a stereo mix for professional duplication and to ensure consistent listening in a multitude of environments. It also includes adding digital silence between tracks and preparing the proper coding for the factory.

Give your recording the "BIG Time" sound you deserve with BRC's 30 years of experience....
When you choose BRC Audio to master your next project you can be guaranteed that your
CD will sound clear, punchy, balanced and "Radio Ready".
We use only the BEST in mastering equipment and we know how to use it!
- We have incredible analog outboard gear from Neve, Manley, Avalon, Langevin, Sontec, dbx, Aphex, and Toft to aid in bringing your project to life!
- Digidesign Pro Tools HD2 192 kHz system on a Macintosh G5 Dual 2.0 GHz Processor is our mastering workhorse. It is fully loaded with professional grade mastering plugins from Waves, Solid State Logic, Bomb Factory, Focusrite, BIAS SoundSoap, etc...

- The mastered CD and PQ codes are generated with Roxio JAM and are factory ready.

Mastering is a very important step in all professional CD production and should never be overlooked. However, should also not be used as a tool to try and fix a poor mix. Repairs to a stereo mix can be done to a certain extent, but there is no substitute for a good mix from which to master. (Just like picking the correct microphone!)
We have mastered projects including a wide variety of artists and styles over the years.
